Extremely poor customer server unskilled agents

My wife has has her account of 7 years suspended due to a change in banking details her debit order bounced. I did an EFT to have her services re-connected. Cell C then re-debited. My wife contacted Cell C to advise them and was told that an agent will contact her to arrange the refund of the money reference no for this call was 3041504460 on th 13 April. Since nobody contact us as promised my wife called again 15th was advised the same called AGAIN on 16 April same refernce number spoke to Susan Mogane and was advised that someone will give us a call in 24 hours. Called again on the 24 at 18:05 spoke to an agent and had to explain this for the 4th time. After getting really frustarted at repeating this again I asked to speak to a manager. The call was not placed in hold and i was made to wait fr apprx 12 minutes whilst nobody attended to me. The manage who then dealt with the call Sthe Thwala refused to advise me on how we could obtain the voice recording. All I want is my money back and I will take my business to another provider that has staff that are passionate about service instead of defensive manager full of attitute. I await your urgent response
