Why must I pay for agent negligence

Well im back where I was a few months ago and it seems this is the only way I get proper customer service. A few months ago I phoned Cell c to tell them my bank details have changed. Agent updated my banking details and everything sorted. Meanwhile the agent did not update the banking details for both lines only for the one.(Was this not suppose to be done because he asked me how many lines I have and I confirmed I have 2 lines?)So I was not aware that the 1line has been debit from my old bank acc.and the other 1 from my new bank acc. So when the old bank acc was closed the debit order reversed. No phone call, sms nothing to ask me why the debit order reversed. They just softlock my line and then send a sms to say my account was in arrears. As all of this came as a shock to me as I know there is money in my account for my debit orders and why only the 1 line and not the other? so I phone them back, and asked to retrieve the call a week ago, I had no luck thus far no communication, sent email to customercare still no word, so my question is why must my account be in arrears because of a agent that dont do his job, he can pay my arrears seeing that he messed up. Am I gonna get feedback I dunno
