Phoned nedbank collections department las month to find out who authorised them to change my debit order date called them on the 25/02 I spoke to samukele mthethwa I told him I need a letter that nedbank debit my acoount in error. No one got back to I called agen on 19/03 requesting again that nedbank give me letter is this Is a bad reflection on my bank account ref cct475095 received a email and call from regan but still no blady letter from nedbank. My debit order date is the 25 of every month who gave nedbank the right to go change my debit order its now the 23 they have now again debited my account. I will now report nedbank to the banking this is b@llsh@t if did not have funds this debit order wud be returned and have an bad impact on my name. NOTE I'm TAKING THIS MATTER TO THE BANKING OMBuDManAs clearly ur customer service or whatever u call them don't know what it is to get back to me and your cOlloections department just changing my debit order date without my consent...
