Still no feedback on application

I submitted an application for a new cellphone contract on 22 Dec 2012. Up until now I have not received any outcome. Surely it does not take so long to get a yes or a no. The lady I have dealing now no longer even takes my calls. What is also making me nervous is the fact that I signed all forms including a debit order authorisation form.

I need to get a response from Nashua Mobile regarding this application.
