I filled in a claims application two weeks ago. Feedback was promised within 2 days... it is now 2weeks and 2 days later and still no response. Nashua refers me to the insurance company, which is not my work and supposed to be Nashua's service (I am a client of Nashua, and not the insurance's), but they are not answering their phones. Today i was promised by Nashua Mobile in Fourways Mall that I would receive feedback by the end of the day, which has also not happened.
What else does Nashua Mobile want me to do???
