Shocking service from Nashua Mobile

Last month I had a Debit Order to the amount of R2400 come off my account for Nashua Mobile, which is weird because I'm a Cell C contract holder. I contacted Nashua Mobile to see what I would need to do on my side to get to the bottom of this issue. Went to my bank, got a signed Affidavit from the Police Station, mailed it through to [Email Removed] & never heard another word. I have since followed up with a lady named Kgomotso who I also sent all documentation & still have heard nothing. On 15 October I receive an email from Hammond Pole Attorneys acting on behalf of Nashua Mobile saying that I am R4281.86 behind on payment. I replied & gave all details of who I have been dealing with on this issue. No response! Today as my salary was put into my account, another debit order from Nashua Mobile comes off to the amount of, you guessed it - R4281.86. I don't understand how it takes 3 weeks to sort this issue out. I am in need of a letter stating that I did not open any accounts so that I can pass this onto The Southern African Prevention Service in order for them to help me "stop being a victim". It's far too easy to open cellphone contracts these days. SHOCKING
