Having request a change from MTN to Vodacom 3G dataline application (Fourways). Nashua were very keen to accept the penalty fee to pay cancellation costs due to cancel my existing agreement. My application is now 3 weeks in process with no sign of the outcome of application for the data line.
My calls, my emails and any type of correspondence is completely and flatly ignored. You phone head office to speak to management, the standard response - "he is not available phone later"
The fact that I have no dataline has seriously impacted my business and the best part - who cares?
