A debit order was submitted to my bank, which is unknown to me from Nashua mobile. This happened on 01/06/2013. On 02/06/2013 I sent a mail to Nashua mobile customer service to inquire about this debit and I do not have any reply from them to date. I did not sign any contract with Nashua mobile nor have any dealing with them ever, so i fail to understand how this debit order was processed without me signing a contract.
The amount in question is R3351.85
