COMPLAIN AGAINST NASHUA MOBILE

I, Maphuti Chokoe, went to Nashua Mobile Store (Tramshed Branch) on the 6th March 2009 to apply for a contract phone. I chose Sony Ericsson W910. The sales person was Mr Jones Modiba. He compiled an electronic application form and he was to send it to Head Office for approval. He told me that if the application is successful, he will call me within 2-3 days. If he does not call, it means it was not approved. Three weeks went by without any call from Nashua Mobile and I automatically knew that the application was not approved. To my surprise, on the 27th March 2009 evening I received a booklet from Nashua Mobile that says: Ms M T Chokoe, WELCOME TO OUR WORLD.I went to the store on the 30th March 2009 to enquire what was happening because as far as I know, since there was no communication between me and Nashua Mobile, the application was not approved. I didn't receive any phone from Nashua Mobile and I lost interest since it was made clear to me that if they don't call me within 2-3 days, it means my application failed. Now they have sent my name to Pholosa Credit Collectors ans this people are now threatening to sell my propety if i dont pay the money which they claim is now R3, 918.25.
