I have been requesting that my data sim be activated, I have contacted Polokwane Branch 4 times and the call centre 5 times. Each occasion I am assure that my SIM will be sorted out within 2 - 24 hours. This is now the fourth week that I am trying to have the SIM activated and the RICA completed. This is out of desperation as Nashua Mobile is either not competent or even bothered in assisting on going queries.
