I applied for a contract phone with Nashua Mobile Carlton Centre in July 2013. The application took too long to process and I decided to make application with another service provider where it less than 2 days. After about a week, I got a call from Nashua Mobile saying that my phone was ready. I advised them that I am no longer interested as I have already received a phone elsewhere. A lady called Rose then advised that the contract will be cancelled. Nashua Mobile has been debiting my bank account since August 2013. I have made several requesta with Nashua but all they tell me is that they will fix it but know it has been more than 2months since I have been speaking with Rose and she keeps on telling me many different stories and know I don't know what to do.
