Struggling to get contract (which expired) cancell

My contract was supposed to expire the end of July 2013, when I then heard I must complete a cancellation form and wait three months before it gets cancelled. Which I did. I sent through my cancellation forms to a Eugene from Nashua mobile, which assured me after 3 months my contract would be cancelled. Each month my debit order went through, and on month nr 4 it still went through, just another amount this time. I phoned my bank and asked them to please return the debit order, because what am I paying for now! After the three months I sent the form through to Eugene, again. Nashua phoned me to ask if there is a problem, because my account is outstanding. I explained the situation to the lady and sent the mail to her as well, twice. On the 18th of January, I received a call from Nashua Mobile's pre - legal department. I sent through the documents to that lady as well. I have not received any feedback yet and what do I do if I get blacklisted because of incompetence!
