On Thursday i made an application for a new cellphone, i was told that i would have as answer the next day. Excited to get my new cellphone, i found out that my application was handed to the risk and department. My ID was flagged by ITC as. Shocked by this i phoned ITC but to there info my record was perfect. I was given another number of a different ITC division and my record there was perfect. At this point i spent two hours and all my airtime just to get clarity as to why this is happening. Nashua Mobile took the excitement of buying a new cellphone and the two year loyalty we had with the excellent consultant away. I would normally recommend family and friends to buy from the branch in Canal Walk, but after this experience i will never again. When i phoned Nashua Mobile customer service to find out about my application and why it was at the risk and department i was told that it should be resolved by mid next week for the latest. If this is the way customers is being insulted just before the busiest time of the year then i, m afraid targets will not be made. My referencer i was given is 9550858.
