So 8-ta connects our service a week ago after complaining to hello peter.
BUT WOULD YOU BELIEVE IT WITHIN A WEEK THEY CANCEL OUR CONTRACT AGAIN!!! WE PHONE THE CALL CENTRE - I SPEAK TO THABI SHE SAYS: MAM YOUR ACCOUNT IS NOT IN ARREARS AND I SEE NO REASON THAT YOUR CONTRACT COULD BE CANCELLED. I WILL LODGE A QUERY AND IT COULD TAKE FROM 2 - 24 HRS" YOUR REFERENCE : 4162137 SO HERE I AM APPROXIMATELY 14 HRS LATER AND THE CONTRACT IS NOT REINSTATED. THEY JUST STOPPED AND CANCELLED MY CONTRACT WITHOUT REASON!!! I AM DEPENDANT ON THE INTERNET SERVICE AND THE CELL CONTRACT TO OPERATE MY BUSINESS . MYBE WE SHOULD SUE THEM FOR LOSS OF INCOME!!!
