I've cancelled my cell c contract on the 7th of November 2013 as the contract has expired already. They have told me that I need to pay R300 into the contract to be cancelled and I've done it on the 29th November. When we've returned in January back from holiday the contract wasn't cancelled as yet. They demand that I pay R150 before they will cancel the contract. It is shocking service. I'm cancelling al my contracts with cell c. I'm going to lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman as well. Cell C!!!
