We took out the contract from 8ta more than 2 years ago. I didn't get good reception, so I didn't use the phone. We paid the contract each and every month without complaining. When 8ta phoned us earlier this year, we wanted to cancel the contract no extend it. They said we must go to a 8ta store. We did go and signed the papers needed. (it was end May) They let us know that the contract last payment will go of end of July. It went of again twice after that. Now when I phone them to ask, they tell me that the contract is still not cancelled. I want the contract cancelled and my payments returned.
