Well, my husband took out a contract with 8ta and had endless problems with his phone from the word go. We got to that point where we requested the contract to be cancelled. After 5 months of back and forth phoning and visiting the store the contract was still not cancelled and debit order is still going off every month and the phone is at the store all this time. Prior to this contract we had an existing contract with them that I was happy with. I got connected to this guy Vivienne in Jan and within a few days a contract was cancelled, but unfortunately the wrong contract. Well I was on the phone with Vivienne. He made every effort to rectify this mistake and 2 weeks later my contract was reinstated, other contract cancelled and our money is credited onto the account. Well done Viv and thanks you restored 8ta's "face" with me.
