THE WORST SERVICE AND BREAK OF CONTRACT EVER!!!

NASHUA MOBILE FINALLY CANCELLED MY CONTRACT WITH CELL C (AFTER 8 MONTHS OF STRUGGLE AND NO SERVICE!) THEY PROMISED ME A REFUND, NOW THEY BILL ME R 5 494.00 FOR CANCELLING THE CONTRACT!
THEY TOOK THE PHONE ON THE CELL C CONTRACT BACK,
I HAD A LOSS OF INCOME, EXTREME PROBLEMS, I HAD TO CHANGE MY PHONE NUMBER TO MY HUSBANDS AT BANKS ETC. JUST TO DO MY NORMAL BUSINESS.
THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND ME R 2 396.00 (IN WRITING) FOR THE TIME I PAID FOR NO SERVICE!!!
NOBODY MENTIONED A PENALTY FEE TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT, THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY A PENALTY FEE?
NOW THEY CHARGE ME R 5494.00 FOR CANCELLING THE CONTRACT THAT DID NOT WORK!!! WHAT THE? I AM SOOO FED UP. I STILL HAVE NO INTERNET, BECAUSE THEY DID NOT DO THE PORTING ON MTN - THE STAFF IS USELESS! THE MANAGEMENT IS WORST - I WANT TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION!
