Samsung Handset Repairs

Bought my daughter a Samsung Geo handset on cobtract from Vodacom. Had problems with the camera and touchscreen not working from the beginning. Took it in to Menlyn Vodacom Repairs. They updated the software which helped for a while. Took it in, in July 2012. They told me that the touchscreen was replaced. Worked for 2 weeks, then the camera didn't work again. In December the touchscreen started giving troubles again. Took it in on the 27th of Dec. Went to fetch it, but it didn't work and was scratched. Pieter vd Westhuizen sent it to the advanced repair centre. Went to fetch it on the 13th of January 2013. Doesn't work at all. It has now been sent in again. Pieter tells me that it is not priority, because I am not his only customer. My daughter has now been without her phone, that I am paying for monthly, from the 27th of Dec untill now and still I have no answer as to when I will receive a working handset. The repairs customer call centre at 0821944 has also been of no help thus far. I have been your loyal customer for 20 years Vodacom I expected better services from you than this!!
