On numerous occasions it takes me 3 or 4 days to get hold of the consultants.
My phone is blocked is blocked for 3 days now, I called MTN and apparently the reason why the phone is blocked is because this contract belongs to some company. what is this.. a couple of months back i received bad service as well and reported it to Sheldon who promised that it will never occur again. Now this... im drained trying to get hold of this people to get this resolved. The lines are always busy and if you send an email you must follow up constantly to get a response, they promise to get back but dont until you become extremely irate then they want to fall all over the place...
