REPLACEMENT OF FAULTY HANDSET

MY IPHONE4S WAS TAKEN ON A CONTRACT IN APRIL 2012.THE HANDSET WAS FAULTY DURING THE PERIOD OF WARRANTY AND MY SON WHO PICKED UP THE HANDSET ON MY BEHALF WAS TOLD THAT HE WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW HANDSET., WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE. IT WAS JUST A SOFTWARE UPGRADE THAT WAS DONE AND THE HANDSET RETURNED TO ME, WITH NO INVOICE STATING WHAT REPAIR WAS DONE. IT HAS BEEN 14 DAYS THAT I HAD TO GIVE IN MY HANDSET FOR REPAIRS WITH THE SAME FAULT AND AFTER GOING FROM CALL CENTRE TO CALL CENTRE IT WAS NOW BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT I HAVE TO PAY AN AMOUNT OF R2900.00 WITHIN FOURTEEN DAYS IN ORDER TO HAVE MY HANDSET REPLACED. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!
I INSIST ON A SENIOR STAFF OF VODACOM TO CONTACT ME AS I HAVE FAILED TO GET THROUGH TO YOUR STAFF AT THE VODACOM REPAIR CENTRE. LEFT SEVERAL TELEPHONIC MESSAGES BUT HAD NO JOY!
