NO customer service... No leniency... No Help

Handset in for repairs in feb/mar, within the warranty & was either swopped or repaired, picked it up from the repair centre only tested it at night. it was dead...
Charge light blinked thrice then screen displays big charge icon & nothing happens.
I tested my battery on another handset this worked fine, then i tested a battery from another 9105 which was working fine, once this battery was placed into my handset it did not work.
i took the handset back, the store staff where very helpful, the inhouse tech had a look, i was advised it was boosted and now working.
as a fair person i was happy with this, BUT THIS WAS MY MISTAKE. i shud have left the handset there and requested it to go back to JHB Repair centre.
on the 11/07/13 the handset did the exact same thing. i tested another battery from a 9105 into my fone and it was still dead, then i tested my battery into the other 9105 and it worked fine.
on the 12/07/13 i booked it in again, the store staff very helpfull, i was advised the handset is now out off warranty, but a valid problem and they remembered me, and will book in and escalate. iv dealt with palesa & edwurd @ 0821944 @ escalations who need lessons from the store
