Handset not working - taken in to Scottburgh Vodacom 7th of November. Returned a week later - not working, returned to Scottburgh Vodacom, - apparently sent to Durban for repairs - then sent to Johannesburg. Spoke to Sarah on 0821944 on 25th November she was to request priority and feedback by Wednesday 27th. On Friday 29th I contacted 081944 spoke to Sarah again as I had not had feedback as requested - had only just been allocated to technician.
I requested a replacement as the handset is only 2 months old - was informed it would now take longer as the replacement would need to be authorised.
I followed up with another call this morning, and still no one can enlighten me as to progress?
It is going on 4 weeks I still do not have handset - which I am under contract to pay for and no one can answer me as to the timeframe I must continue to wait?
