20th March 2013 i took in my BlacberryBold in for repairs at the service centre in Sandton, i was adviced that the phone will be taken to Vodaworld corporate service centre where they actually replace the unit as they are aware that once the phone starts going off on its own even if the battery is full then it needs replacing. i said ok (being the nice customer that i am) on the 25th i get an sms saying my phone is ready for collection. the 26th i go fetch my phone, i get told there was a software upgrade done and the battery replaced. i never said my phone needed the software to be upgraded. none-the-less i took the handset, on my way out the phone died i was told "the battery needed charging", got to work place, charged it as per instruction. battery full, i got all excited restored contacts and started talking to my mates... then the phone that just got a "software upgrade and new baterry"... went DEAD... tried calling calliing the store to check what time to they and they number on the sms they sent is constantly Busy... can
