It's really disappointing that one has to now question the integrity of the service received from Nashua. This is now the 3rd time my blackberry is in for repairs "software upgrade". I collected my phone less than a week ago with Nashua claiming to have done a software upgrade on my phone that kept switching off and rebooting on its own. According to the repairs job card software upgrade was done no mention of changing the battery but the battery was changed with an old one. My phone is still experiencing the very same problem and now I'm being told to wait yet another month without a phone as more repairs need to be done. I mean really so what the did they do the last 2 times!!! Nashua's workmanship is really questionable???
