THis morning at 7h45 my service was yet again suspended and there is no answer. I called the problem in just after 8 it is now 11h15 and I am still without service. I have called to determine progress and the staff at Brooklynn tell me they are also waiting for VOdacom to respond. The can not provide me with an interim service while i am waiting and they can not tell me how long it will take to resolve the problem. They wont accept that they are in breach of contract and wont allow me to port my phone directly to vodacom. yet they are blaming vodacom for locking the phone without a reason. Yesterday I spent 5 hours in the brooklyn branch trying to get my contacts back and 3 hours on the phone to the UK and blackberry. Just to find out there is nothing that they can do for me, I have to recover my contacts myself. This after 2 decades with Nashua Mobile. Surely these people should no longer be in business.
