Impossible to speak to someone

I have not received a bill for almost 3 months, since moving.
You moved my line, surely you should move my bill?
Trying to phone the call centre is a joke. 3 days in a row, 1 hour and still in queue.
Please phone me so I can get my bill. Not a difficult query.
