My phone line was suspended about 6 months ago for a measly R150 2 weeks past due. I paid the re-connection fee and we carried on. Now, Telkom has just re-supended my line again because the bill hasn't been paid for March. I agree that the bill hasnt been paid and why not? - the bill has not arrived in the post and I forgot to pay it. Simple. The only point I want to make is that surely Telkom should phone me and say we are about to cut your line? That would be service, particularly when you know there is a postal strike on the go? Surely, after having an account for 17 years with you, you can check my payment history and say this is a good client, let's remind her to pay her bill? From a dissatisfied customer.
