TELKOM AGAIN!! AND THE CEO WITH IT!

For sakes, can telkom count? Or rather can the that works at telkom count? I wonder if they ever know what the F#@$ they are doing?

I applied for a telkom line about 2 years ago, and ever since every month i have the same problem.
They bill me for things that does not belong om NYC account, an im the i keep on paying them.

Then i moved, and i received an order number ect ect, so when i moved and the new line is now in and working, they suspend the line, i spend 4 days trying to explain to everyone what has happened. Oky then finaly got that sorted by some help from a friend that now THANK no longer for telkom. So i then logged a complaint with the account department via 10210, as they do not take messages, or e-mail. THE PERSON WHO I SPOKE TO GAVE ME HIS WORD that the line will not be suspended and that the account is now fixed.

So i get the next bill now i owe Telkom R 2500.00. I have spending 2 days on the phone with basically everyone to get this resolved, and all that the useless call centre agent can say is "EISH"!! Like that is now supposed to fix the probleem, They should have a script: " I'M IN, how can f#@$ you more? ".
