Dear Vodacom, if you care to read all the HelloPeter complaints pertaining to your 0821950 call centre, you just might want to do something about the pathetic service. Either that or you are simply not interested in staffing the centre with sufficient people to deal with the volume of calls that you receive on a daily basis. Why don't you check the call stats for your call centre? I have listened to Shoshalosa and Gangnam Style more times that I care to remember over the past two days, only to be to by Tumelo who promised to call back "before close of business". Please do not bother with the copy and paste reply that I see appended to EVERY complaint. Just phone me and sort out my complaint.
