We moved end September2013. I phoned telkom to move the line to our new address on 10 Sept.2013.Just before we moved, i phoned to confirm te date of transfer. They then told me there is no infrastracture at the new place. They told me that they will have to cancel the transfer order and the line, and so canceled the order and line. But they still bill me every month for the adsl line. I have phoned numerous times from my cell and went to the telkom in Springs. i hold on for hours at a time. i got trough a few times and complained... two times they told me it is cancelled..., and the one time they told me to send an e-mail, but stilll, i am gettig a bill, and running behind.. i phone weekly but i just dont get any answers. i even mailed telkom...
I am getting fed up as i have another wireless phone, which i also cannot use because there is no signal where i live now. today 07/01/13 i hold on for minute at a time just to be cut off and have to start all over again.
i really dont know what to do anymore
