Line move approved, getting bills no line??

I signed up for a Telkom account in 2012. After four months we bought a house and moved. I phoned telkom to ask for a line move to the new address. Everything was approved in good time. I recieved an approval number for the line move. It is a year later. I get billed every month, but still don't have a line. Every time I get a bill, I reply to Telkom that I will not pay the bill. Every month I still get a bill. With their incompetence of not sorting this matter out Telkom handed my account to the attorneys. This implicates my credit record. I hoped this matter would be resolved more efficiently. I am going to take this matter to my attorney and have them sue Telkom for loss of income for the period (over 12 months) where in first I paid much more for alternative services than I would have paid and secondly for corruption, for sending me bills for services not rendered. I would however prefer not to go this route. Telkom sort out your business!!
