I had ADSL installed at my home premises. I wanted to then cancel my ADSL. Upon cancelling the ADSL, Telkom removed the jumpers from the exchange but at the same time disconnected our telephone line.
Our line was offline for 3 months and I kept calling Telkom to complain. After 3 months, they eventually fixed it and we the converted to prepaid. A Line rental bill was received for the months that the line was not working.
Telkom expects us to pay line rental for the days that the line was not working that they failed to fix. plus
we paid a rental amount for the year for the prepaid phone and our phone line is either taken offline or it does not work again.
Upon that, I have VVM attourneys spamming me with sms about the Unpaid bill.
