Pathetic customer service for the 2nd time

After moving house from Benoni to Bryanston I went into a Telkom store (Green Stone Mall) and signed up for a new line and canceled my existing line.

when I got home I figured out that it did not work and when into Telkom store (Fourways) and was informed the person at Green Stone made a mistake and returned the Sim card and was issued with a new one, when I got home this one worked.

I accepted that it was my mistake for not doing this a month before I moved and that I will have to pay the line rental of 30 Days for Benoni and received a bill of -R500 for April.

on Saturday I received a Bill for May and found I was been billed for 3 different phone numbers!!!

I called the accounts call center and a lady by the name of "Pretty Girl" at the Bloemfontein call center informed me that she cannot help me and asked me to call and cancel the other lines.

I called to cancel the lines and have gotten no were and can not except this Bill again of -R500 again!

Should I leave Telkom and move to Neotel or a company with better support as I now have to pay for 3 Lines of which I only know of 1???

what do I do from here, what's the next step?
