I pad mini- no delivery!! Poor service!

Three weeks ago I went into an MTN store to apply for an ipad mini 16GB that MTN had advertised. After my application was approved I was told that they could only source a black model even though I had specified a white one. Then I had numerous texts from the salesperson responsible that it was ready for collection. Today (23/3/2013) I went to collect it only to be told that they had no stock! I emailed MTN to ask if they couldn't source a white one and called larger stores int he Greater Johannesburg area also but failed. The manager proceeded to tell me that she had sent the stock back and said they had no stock instore! Contrary to what the salesperson told me.

I am frustrated that I wasted my time & money goign there on the pretext that I would be collecting my ipad to be told that there weren't any in stock!

I received no apology/even an offer to have it delivered to me!

That's just poor service from MTN!!
