I ordered a 32G White IPAD from FNB in October. The only communication received was that my IPAD had been dispatched to Digital Planet. Having not received my IPAD 2 weeks later I called Digital Planet and they said no stock had been received from FNB. I called FNB and they said they were waiting on stock and it would come in two weeks. Having still not received my IPAD I called again and requested an ETA on when they would receive their stock. I spent nearly 1 hour getting put from pillar to post and then finding out my order had been cancelled. Today having still not heard anything from FNB I again enquired and a manager called me back and said she could not give me a date when they would receive stock. I find that impossible to comprehend. She then told me to phone sales and cancel my white IPAD as they have black in stock. I called them only to be told they didn't have stock. I have spend nearly 1 hour today trying to get answers from FNB regarding this and find their client services appalling to say the least. No communication has been received about no stock being available.

This type of service makes me want to move my whole account away.
