No one willing to source a product advertised

I am looking for a Samsung LTE 10.1inch note in white. I have contacted more than 10 stores and personally went into the V&A store to request stock. I have even called the vodacom direct store and no one can confirm when the stock of the white will be received. This is extremely frustrating! How can they advertise a deal with certain colours and not have stock of it at all. It is false advertising. The worst part is that none of the stores can order one for me. Apparently they have to wait on stock and see what they get. That is the most inefficient way of receiving inventory for such a huge corporate.
