Terrible customer service

Last week looked at available deals on Redbull Mobile website. Went to Cell C. Salesperson told me no stock of phone I wanted and not sure if available for order. Told me to return in 2 days to see if stock available. Did so, but still not available.

Sunday 6th, called Cell C to ask about phone I wanted on RBM 200. Spoke to Elelwani. Told that phone not available, but that could get Samsung Galaxy SII on same contract. VERY excited, had read excellent reviews online. Sent all docs and request approved. Told phone would be delivered in 3 - 7 days.

Tuesday 8th, called to track progress. Told application failed, as SII no longer available, as it was EOL.
Emailed Elelwani. At training, but promised to phone me next day. Spoke to salesperson ("Excellent") for info on phones on RBM 200. No stock of phones (or one's advertised on website).
Elelwani didn't call me back.

Today, called Cell c. Elelwani not on shift. Another salesperson gave me list of available phones, but none in stock. Asked when stock would be replenished, she didn't know.

Outraged and disappointed by lack of service and stock. Expect better from large company like cell c! Not being taken seriously as customer!
