Horrible service at Nashua Mobile

I applied for a iPad mini contract on 26/02/2013 with Nashua Mobile. After being told that there was stock available, the lady completed the whole application process and afterwards told me that there was actually no stock available and I would have to wait for a week to receive the iPad. I received the iPad on 04/03/2013. I had to return it on 10/03/2013 as the iPad was faulty. They told me they would not replace it but send it away for repairs and later said they would replace it and that would take 2 weeks. Currently I am still waiting for the iPad (it has been more than 2weeks but they keep telling me it is on its way). I am paying for a product that I don't have. Every time I phone them (as they have never had the courtesy to phone me) I am treated with disrespect as if I am annoying them trying to find out where the iPad is. I am very disappointed in the poor level of service that I am experiencing from Nashua. I am a new client and this is how they treat me!
