Third time writing a report about Neotel.
This service is absolutely horrendous. I cant complain about anyone in particular as the 5/6 people who I have dealt with in the various departments have actually been NO HELP/USELESS.
All these false promises we will get in touch we will get in touch have not been followed through. I wish I could just get my money back that you have kept for nearly two months and go to another company for internet connection.
I phoned and phoned and still no product! I was given the wrong order number.
The right thing to do would be to refund me fully and still provide me with my product, but it's like a war to get NEOTEL to do either of these things. USELESS.
You don't understand my frustration.
