FAILURE TO SOLVE QUERY

I reported consistent coverage problems (Cell C) with my service provider, Altech Autopage on 27 January 2013. I am unable to make or receive calls when at my home in Robin Acres, Randburg and at work in Illovo, Johannesburg. At work I have to walk outside of my office building if I want to make a call, use the WhatsApp or make use of internet on my handset. Generally reception is bad and calls keep dropping wherever I am. Altech Autopage refused to do anything untill I switched my SIM card, when this didn't solve the problem Cell C wanted to install a booster at my home. This does not solve my problem at work, when I am at the shop arounf the corner or at my child's school - and the general problem I experience. I need to be released from the contract on the basis that Cell C is unable to provide me the service I am paying for. Despite almnost daily calls to follow up - no response. I am always told "Henry" will come back to me. I am still waiting.
