Worst Vodacom Service experience

I handed my Samsung s2 phone on 11/03/2012 after having handed it in 4 times before. The third time they did not even open a new Job card because as I was collecting it I switched it on and it froze on me again.

The phone comes back with worse problems every time they try fix it.
They tried system upgrades every time I hand it in, changed the motherboard, I had to pay for a new battery, the ear phones did not work from the box, the USB port doesn't connect to any laptop; thus I always lose everything every time I hand it in, the Internet connection doesn't work properly.

When I handed the phone in the last time I made it very clear that I no longer want this phone; I am wasting my time driving to Cresta every other month, and coming to collect the phone and only to find that it's not fixed. Its been in for 14 days now and every time I call and leave messages, the staff does not get back to me... Now I am also wasting airtime.

I am exhausted of this and I need a phone. They gave me a loan phone that only calls and sends text, while I am paying great deals of money monthly without actually enjoying any benefits this phone promised.
