Lumia 520 - bad experience

This phone has a problem and I am suffering as a consumer. I only used for two weeks then it decided not work anymore, the battery couldn't charge, was taken to Vodacom repairs on 17/10/2013 - job 9291206, was notified that it was ready for collection. I went on 25th oct to collect, they had changed the battery, because the battery was new, I left without testing it. when it was time to get the phone ready to work, it switches on but doesn't go to menu so the phone cant be used at all, I am home this time. called back and was told I must bring it back. what a waste of my time. took it back, guy went at the back, came back and said we will book it in and it will be sent to nokia - job 9313670.
due to this "smartphone", I have been forced to buy this micro sim adapter if I want to use none smartphones, my time going up and down, etc...
can u please keep this phone and give me a proper phone that works, please.
