Worst Customer Service ever from Vodacom

I bought a Samsung Ace from this shop, and I have had it booked in for repairs three times already. The phone keeps loosing connection, doesn't go to voicemail, keeps scanning the SD card. Every time they say it is a software upgrade and still the phone gives me countless irritation and problems. Now the 3rd time I have sent this phone back there is no replacement phone, it takes them 11 days just to get the phone to the repair centre in Potchefstroom. I mean I went to the shop on the 18th of July and this morning 29 July I get the sms that the phone has been received at Potchefstroom. At this stage the phone has cost me more money than my monthly contract on 3 separate occasions, not including all the business calls I have lost. And the fact that the phone gets formatted every single time in such a way that I start from scratch. I can't do a back up of the phone because the SD card does not connect to my PC. At this stage they can keep it all!!!
