On 13 March I lodged a complaint on the Cell C facebook page about a shocking experience I had in Cell C Alberton City, I received a reply almost immediately advising that a person by the name of Sidefree would be in touch. I posted a second complaint as no one contacted me and was told an urgent email would be sent to Sidefree, two weeks later, numerous complaints via telephone with reference numbers that I was given (being non existant) according to the call centre, a third complaint on facebook (in which I lost my temper) Not 1 person from Cell C has bothered to contact me to try and retain me as a ccustomer/ sort out my complaint /apologise. Zip /nada/niks. I even gave notice via facebook but Cell C obviously does not care about existing customers and just wishes to increase their new customer base. I note that numerous Cell C complaints have been changed to smiles. I challenge you to make mine one, but with the apathetic attitude I have had so far, I somehow doubt it.
