Hallo, I have decided to move from Heita to Cell C and contacted their Cell C direct call centre to order a new Cell C cellphone contract, but with the clear instructions that they must first port my number from Heita to Cell C before they send me the cell phone. They have simply ignored my request and have send me a new cell phone with a new number. I have phoned them more than 50 times without out any success!! Their call centres are terrible!! I have waited several hours with no body assisting me. When I get through to someone they just simply forward the call and the phone keeps on ringing.
I have also send Cell C several e-mails without any replies.
I have gone to the Centurion Mall Cell C branch for help, but they had a very bad attitude and offered me no help. My advice is keep clear from Cell C and Heita!!! Cell C has the worst service I have seen in my life!!
