Samsung Galaxy Pocket - WORST PHONE EVER!!!

In Dec 2012 my wife upgraded & signed 2 yr contract at Vodacom, Clearwater R'poort.
After 1 yr phone has been in for repairs FOR 20 weeks.
We had to do SIM card swop which we paid. This did not work. Took it to Vodacom Cresta Job No 9026320-56151276 where service was so poor - they lost ALL the data after my wife paid R 85 for backup. Vodacom Cresta admitted that they lost data & refunded the R 85. Vodacom Cresta gave NO feedback, no phone call, no sms - nothing!!! We wasted so much time & petrol each time returning home empty handed. They should be ashamed of themselves. They never tested the stupid phone, not once - EACH AND EVERY TIME.
The stupid phone switches off for no reason - smartphone my foot, Samsung should call it "DUMBphone".
Took it to Vodacom Clearwater Job No 9161841 on 16/8/2013 but service even WORSE!!! They've now had the phone for 15 WEEKS, yes that's right 15 WEEKS with NO FEEDBACK - we call them all the time.
Vodacom Samsung = the worst combination you can think of. So happy I moved to Cell C.
In the meantime we still pay and they collect. Data bundle = FORFEITED. RIP-OFF!!!
