Vodacom
What does 24 month warranty on handset mean?

Phone handed in at Vodaworld in December 2013. After firmware upgrade and purchase of new battery. Specified as such. Received phone back early January 2014. Phone worse... Handed into Mall@Redds. Phone came back even worse! (now wireless and bluetooth also buggered). Went back to Mall@Redds. Manager not very helpfull, refused repair report.
Still have phone, working only so, so.
Mall@redds "lost" my now spare battery in the process.
Vodacom mum on helping resolve this. State that I should simply hand in the handset (for the 3rd time!) for yet another incompetent repair attempt.
Have requested how to escalate this - NO RESPONSE!
Have requested the handset be replaced under the warranty - NO REPONSE
Have even contacted SAMSUNG - The are about as helpfull as VODACOM

A 24 Month Contract (would be great if I could exit!) would be the last VODAINCOMPETENCE sees of me.
If SAMSUNG accepts such poor re-sellers, it would also be my last SAMSUNG phone (We have 2 phones and 2 tabs - All samsung)
