Dont want to replace my phone

I upgraded my contract on the 2nd March 2013, I got a brand new sony experia J. I had the phone for 4 days where the speaker just didn't work anymore. i then took in my phone on the 6th March 2013 where i then said to them listen the speaker is not working, after they tested it in the shop they agreed that it is not working and that they will just need to send it to vodaworld to get approval. after a week of no feedback and after i had to call numerous times for my phone they came back to m saying that the phone is working and they are not going to replace my phone. now surely they did something but according to contract if i have problems within 7 days i get a full replacement and they just refuse to replace my phone. i then said i will lodge a complain at vodaworld and that they need to send phone to voda world and up to now i have had any luck!!! This is the worst service i had from Vodacom and according to consumer act as well i have to right to ask for a full replacement.
