I opened a contract with MTN in June 2012, I received the Nokia lumia which started giving problems within the first week, the phone was replaced with another Lumia which gave the exact same problem.
At this stage I requested that the contract be cancelled. I handed in the phone and sim at the store where I opened the account. I have been billed every month since then. I have been in contact with the store, Area manager and head office regarding this issue and have been getting brushed off.
To date no one has come back to me regarding this contract or phone, yet they are happy to deduct money from my account each month with out providing me with any service.
